Quality is the main strength of Tormatic, a company whose business is booming. At Tormatic we strongly believe that investing in the purchase of sophisticated and innovative machinery is extremely important to guarantee processing systems among the most advanced ones. The machinery includes, in fact, brand new single-spindle and multi-spindle automatic lathes, the latter equipped with cutting-edge numerical control system, as well as modern instruments for the verification of the quality standards of the products: three-dimensional control machines, profiles projectors, roundness-, hardness- and roughness-metres, micrometres, digital callipers, and threaded rings. Worth of mention is the new optical metre contour Hommel 310, which automatically measures and records all the external dimensions. On machine board are carried out spot-checks during the process with measurement instruments connected to the company information system, for continuous monitoring of data and their right storage. Recently we have purchased the automatic control machine Dimac MCV5, that measures and fully selects the components. The 100% selection is particularly required in the automotive sector, where it is essential to strive for "zero scraps". The quality, which is constantly implemented in our company, is undoubtly to trust. As a matter of fact we have received the Free Pass from our regular customers, which means that the quality of our products and services is immediately acknowledged, without any further check.
